Dan Dishner, retired teacher and noted photographer, wasn’t looking to start a business — he just wanted a perfect cup of coffee. And if that meant roasting his own beans, so be it!

Since 2013, Coffee on the Porch has provided coffee by the cup and bag to over 40 venues, including restaurants, schooners, cafés, and stores.

Coffee on the Porch is a small, family-owned and operated coffee roaster that delivers locally or ships throughout Maine and the country. Dan, his wife Judy, his son Jesse, and his daughter-in-law Shaamya, all work together to make the magic happen.
