Right here in Camden, there's a creative buzz coming from a design studio and machine shop where imagination meets Maine's famed craftsmanship.  Welcome to Daughter Manufacturing, the brainchild of Mario and Kitty Costello.  This duo isn't just making things; they're reimagining the way we see design, one piece at a time.  Mario, with his roots as a model maker for Apple, and Kitty, with her background in design and home decor, have turned their dreams into a reality with a business that's as much about innovation as it is about love.  

In May, they showcased their polished aluminum Empire Lamp at the International Contemporary Furniture Fair in Manhattan, proving that big ideas can come from small towns.  From design to assembly, every piece from Daughter Mfg has a story, crafted with care in their home-based studio and shop - a redesigned two story garage attached to their 1940's cape house.
