New restaurant Costa Media offers a menu inspired by Costa Rican and Caribbean flavors.

Costa Media, the newest venture from the South Portland-based Cafe Louis family, has found its home in the former Wolf Peach building in Camden, marking its expansion under the ownership of Evan Richardson. Just a few weeks into its opening, this sister restaurant mirrors the success of its predecessor, offering a menu inspired by Costa Rican and Caribbean flavors to the Camden community.

Since its opening a couple of weeks ago, Costa Media has already gained attention, thanks to its remarkable menu and a team that includes former Wolf Peach staff. Bar manager Austin Boyle and sous chef Steel Kilgore (pictured) are just a few of the talented individuals who have joined the Costa Media family.

Our friends at Eating Through The Seacoast recommended the Chimichurri, and our fellow diners couldn't stop raving about the "to die for" Salchipapas – so we ordered both, and they did not disappoint! For our main course, we had the Smoked Achiote Chicken and Carne Asada. Of course, we couldn't resist dessert, enjoying the Hot Chocolate Flan (pictured) and the Rosquillas (devoured before we could snap a picture).

The unique and diverse menu left us eager to return for more appetizers and desserts. Costa Media is a delightful addition to Camden's culinary scene, and we can't wait to explore more of what they have to offer!
