During last Tuesday’s dinner, we began our gastronomic journey with delightful mocktails (or you can opt for the wine pairing service for an additional $35 per person). We savored a sumptuous four-course meal: our appetizers featured cauliflower soup and mussels, followed by charred Caesar salad. The main course offered a choice between Atlantic Salmon with fragrant jasmine rice and fennel, Pan-Seared Duck breast accompanied by Brussels sprouts or Mushroom Fettuccine with oyster mushrooms. And for dessert, it was a heavenly finale with creme brulee for me and an almond tart for my husband.
