New In Town: Paper Plane, the upscale cocktail lounge at Lyman Morse.

Offering a bespoke wine collection, craft cocktails, and tasty small plates with a million dollar view. (Heck, sometimes it's more like a 10-million dollar view as many of the yachts that sail into Camden are docked right out front).

Clementina Senatore, the visionary owner, brings a world of experience to Paper Plane. With her roots in Italy, she's explored creative landscapes around the globe – from studying design in Edinburgh to film-making in Milan and Bologna. Finally, she landed in Midcoast Maine in 2014. Clementina is no stranger to the culinary scene, having previously owned and operated 'Meanwhile in Belfast'.

Food offerings include marinated olives, dumplings, burrata, guacamole, gnocchi, charcuterie and the desserts include chocolate sorbet and blueberry tiramisu. And of course we always seek out a mocktail! Clementina made one just for us and has even added it to the menu (it's called the 'Famous'!) With watermelon, strawberry, a little bit of lime juice and some coconut water, it was delicious, just like everything else on the menu! We also appreciate that she works with local vendors like @demetrabread in Appleton, Goose River Farm in Belfast and Jess Fish Market in Rockland.

FAMOUS FOR:
Clementina's craft cocktails. Crowd favorites include: the Wasabi Martini, the Chocolate Martini, and Spring in Kyoto (it's green, and made with sake)!
