Satori
Satori is a haven of craft, flavor, and seaside charm. This Maine gem is a dream come true for food enthusiasts, offering bespoke delights that range from tantalizing boba teas to intricate mocktails and cocktails. The atmosphere? It's friendly, casual, and exactly what you crave in a coastal eatery.
Hold on tight because Satori is our featured pick for a reason! Their fresh and accessible sushi is a must-try, and their delicious wings are known to fly off the plate (so make those reservations pronto!). And let's not forget about their craft cocktails and boba tea—pure liquid genius.
Satori's dining menu shines bright until 9pm, and then they switch to a lighter bar menu. According to Wind Tracy, one of the owners, they'll be keeping the doors open until at least 10pm every night, but be prepared for some nights that stretch into the late hours, depending on the vibe.
During our recent visit, we surrendered our taste buds to Wind's expertise. We sampled two of their fabulously named mocktails—the Cubic Zirconia and Matador's Apprentice. For starters, we indulged in tempura-fried wings and the perfectly balanced hamachi jalapenos. As for the main event, we shared the spicy tuna roll and their signature rolls—the Satori roll and the Double Trouble roll. The latter features shrimp tempura, avocado, asparagus, topped with spicy tuna and spicy kanikama. And for boba tea enthusiasts, Satori's concoctions will sweep you off your feet. Grab one to-go and explore downtown Belfast in style.
Regrettably, we didn't leave room for dessert, but that's just an excuse to return. We have no doubt that Satori's sweet offerings are equally mind-blowing. Brace yourself for an unforgettable dining experience—Satori will leave you craving more!
