To mark 25 incredible seasons, Primo in Rockland, Maine, invites you to experience a seven-course tasting menu crafted by Chef Jen Mantica. This exclusive menu is inspired by Primo’s own farm-raised chickens and is available at the bar, where just 10 lucky guests per night get a front-row seat to watch Chef Mantica in action.

The tasting menu offers an array of small plates, each dish thoughtfully paired with wines curated by Paul Cook, Primo’s Sommelier. Highlights include the delicious Wing Lollie as course one, and the unforgettable Schmaltz Cruller as the final course.
