3 Can’t-Miss Lobster Rolls in Midcoast Maine

I think we can agree: All of this warm weather is basically commanding us to get to the coast and enjoy a lobster roll.

McLoons Lobster Shack

A little bit of a drive from Camden, this family-owned lobster shack is located on Spruce Head Island, across from the area’s oldest working lobster wharf. Picturesque views and big chunks of lobster are a winning combo!

Graffam Bros Seafood Shack

Years ago, when my husband and I were vacationing in Midcoast Maine, the bartender at Chez Michel gave us a piece paper where he had written down Graffam Bros. He said this was the locals’ favorite, and when we tried it the next day, we could easily see why. (Every summer we came back, this was our first stop… and it still is!)

McLaughlin’s Lobster Shack

Located right on Lincolnville Beach, this spot offers both indoor and outdoor seating. You can watch the ferry going back and forth to Islesboro as you enjoy your lobster roll. In addition to non-alcoholic options, McLaughlin’s also sells beer and bottles of wine to enjoy with your seafood (or burgers/dogs).
