Navigate like a local
From the secret to the iconic, we feature the can’t-miss places, activities, and events in and around Camden Maine.
Restaurants We Love
PRIMO - Heading into its 26th season, Primo in Rockland continues to set the standard for what a restaurant can be when it’s built around place, purpose, and persistence. Chef Melissa Kelly opened Primo in 2000 with a vision that went far beyond the plate. Today, the property is a fully integrated farm and restaurant where pigs, chickens, bees, greenhouses, and gardens feed a menu that changes daily and a team of more than 80 in peak season.
FAMOUS FOR - Its hyperlocal approach, harvesting ingredients daily from the on-site farm, and for a kitchen that does everything the hard way, from baking bread with a decades-old sourdough starter to curing meats in-house.

April is a fifth-generation Mainer, and Buck is a New England native who quickly fell in love with all Camden had to offer. After successfully running their marketing agency together for years, they decided to combine their love for branding with their love for their home — setting out to create the website and community they wish had existed years ago. A place to discover the best kept secrets that Camden has to offer, from food to events to news and everything in-between. Learn more about the faces who are making Camden Famous.
